Summer Camp 2025

JULY 7th - 11th

9 am – 3 pm    Ages 6 to 12

We will learn about Joseph and follow him from the time of his coat of many colours to his journey to the palace! We'll make cool crafts, play fun games, sing songs and eat interesting food. Plus you'll meet lots of friends!

Important information:

If registering more than one child, please fill out complete forms for each child. If something needs changing after you register your child, try using the "edit response" link in the email you will receive immediately after registering, or if the registration system has been closed, call the church office at 905-765-2686.

If you have a change of plans ahead of camp and can no longer attend, please contact the church office as soon as possible at info @ graceunitedcaledonia.com so we can share the spot to another child. Messages will be returned Tuesday-Friday mornings. Thank you!

Camp is supported by the Wilson/Senn Bequest and is offered at no cost. Donations towards expenses are welcome and tax-deductible.

We ask that prior to arrival at camp, please conduct a daily screening to ensure your child is well. Children feeling sick or with symptoms of illness should NOT attend.

Children must be dropped off between 8:30 and 9 am & picked up between 3 and 3:30 pm.

If your child is not attending camp on any given day please leave a message at the church by 9 am at 905-765-2686.

We expect and encourage campers to be respectful of others. Safety and health of the children is of upmost importance. Minor incidents will be addressed by the leader at the time of the incident. You will be informed of any major issues.

The Camp Team reserves the right to ask parents/guardians to withdraw any child who demonstrates behaviour that in the Team’s opinion, is a hazard to the health, safety or the rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable, fair and consistent instructions of the Camp Team.

No electronic devices are allowed at camp (cell phones, tablets or video games etc.)

Campers are not to bring peanuts/nuts to camp. Please be aware that some campers may have food and nut allergies. Our program is “peanut/nut aware." We cannot guarantee our camp is “peanut/nut free.”

Lunch & snacks are provided. If your child has a known severe food allergy or intolerance, parents/guardians are asked to provide food for snacks & lunch.

If you need to contact your child or the camp leaders in an emergency please call the church at 905-765-2686.

Some activities will take place outdoors on the church property (weather permitting). Children should bring their own sunscreen and have appropriate clothing and footwear for playing outside.
